Sales and payment

Niente is sold exclusively through the App Store. Apple acts as the seller towards you (Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland): Apple processes the payment, issues the receipt and remits the applicable VAT or sales tax. The App Store terms apply to the purchase itself. Support for the app comes from us, at the address above.

VAT

We do not show VAT on our own invoices, as we are a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act. This does not apply to buying Niente: that runs through Apple (see above), and the price shown in the App Store already includes the VAT applicable in your country.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform was shut down on 20 July 2025, so no link to it is given.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under § 7 (1) DDG and general law. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected.

Liability for links

Our pages contain links to external websites over whose content we have no control. We therefore cannot accept any liability for that third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. We will remove such links promptly if we become aware of any legal violation.
